All information on Fairmont Designs can be found on its website (fdchina.com), which includes but not limited to text, news, pictures, sound, video, VCR, diagrams, tables, symbols, identifiers, advertising, trademark, firm/trade name, city names, software, computer programs, page design, column contents, the division of contents, and any information offered to the registered users.According to the People’s Republic of China Copyright Act, the People’s Republic of China and International Trademark Act, and the People’s Republic of China Exclusive Laws, the use of international pact on the copyrights, trademark rights, exclusive laws, and property legal rights’ protection are all possessed by Fairmont Designs.

Users of information provided by Fairmont Designs must be for non-business, non- payoffs, and non-advertising purposes and solely for self purposes. Users should respect the copyrights and other related legal duties, and are not allowed to violate Fairmont’s copyrights and other related rights.

Most especially, the software used by this website belongs to Fairmont Designs, read People’s Republic of China’s Copyright Act and the International Copyrights Act Legal Protection.It is only those who have been authorized by this company for sales purposes or when allowed to download for free of charge and other purposes, the rest are not allowed, this include duplication, modification, distribution and sales, communications, publishing, exhibitions, performances, and other projects are strictly prohibited.

Thus, anyone who has logged onto Fairmont Designs’ website and made enquiries to the product and services, Fairmont Designs will not be responsible and has no legal duties. 

The contents, ideas, and opinions on the Fairmont Designs website’s forum do not indicate the views of Fairmont Designs.
